  • My kids have flown SW multiple times. Southwest seems to have taken well care of her child. SURE! a phone call would be better but sounds like the little girl never left alone and feed and made it. KUDOS to SW for this.

  • Funny their neighbors are making money. They don't charge for bags, food, drinks and Oh they have fun. Guess we pay money for service and expect customer service with our payment. FLY SOUTHWEST AND NO BAG FEES. What a concept and make money doing it.

  • I was promised the advertising also. The customers do not return. Out of 300 I got less than 50 return. Horrible results. It was suppose to be new customers returning over and over again.
